
Less than 30 days before the guarantee-return system of single-use primary packaging (PBP) came into force, a Government Resolution was adopted, which provides for significant changes to the implementation calendar, setting the date of June 30, 2024. as the deadline by which stocks of unregistered SGR packaging that existed before November 30, 2023 can be brought to the market, respectively, sold.
Thus, the Government Resolution No. 1074/2021 on the creation of a guarantee-return system for one-time primary packaging (HG No. 1074/2021) was updated with the provisions of Government Resolution No. 1075/2023 on amendments and additions to Government Resolution no. 1074/2021 on the creation of a guarantee-return system for one-time primary packaging (HG No. 1075/2023), published and entered into force on November 7.
In addition, HG no. 1075/2023 contains additional clarifications regarding the work of the SGR.
