ANAF and Ministry of Finance trade unionists are protesting on Thursday (July 13) from 1pm to 2pm in front of the ministry. According to the Federation of Trade Unions in the Fiscal Administration “Solidarnist”, which is part of the National Bloc of Trade Unions, they will do this to get the attention of the governors, “one last time, before the warning and general strike”.
Asks to provide in the new law on uniform remuneration for the indexation of the wages of the NAF and MF to the level of inflation.
They say they will fix the error. What will be the error?
Allowed indexation of pensions to the level of inflation, but not salaries, “thus allowing the emergence of serious imbalances between the components of the state budget, as well as increasing the degree of unsustainability of the state pension system.”
The trade unions also point out that the inadequate salary from the NAFP and the MF has a negative impact on planned revenues to the budget, leads to a decrease in the degree of voluntary payment obligations of business entities, and stimulates the growth of tax evasion and a decrease in the degree of tax and fee collection.
“We believe that the degradation of these indicators in recent years exactly corresponded to the period of the actual decrease in the purchasing power of the employees of the Ministry of Finance and the NAFP, as well as the degree of collection of fees and taxes and all other indicators improved during the period when incomes increased and the real wages of employees” – the document says.
The trade unionists ask the ANAF to use all prerogatives to develop and adopt the ANAF and MF staff charter, with the idea of carrying out its activities free from any external interference and threats.
He also requests that the current allowances enjoyed by the employees of the two institutions be included in the basic salary.
