Romanians subscribed for shares in Hidroelectrica’s offer 4.7 times, amounting to 6.25 billion lei. The deadline was 12:00.
Bohdan Badia, president of Hidroelectrica, recently stated that the percentage for retail trade is 15%, with the possibility of increasing it by another 5% if interest from the retail trade is high.
We remind you that the subscription started from Friday – June 23.
We do not know the final price yet. If less, then the rest of the money is returned to those who subscribed. It will also be announced how many institutional investors have subscribed.
According to the prospectus, the tranche assigned to individuals is 11,701,067 shares (which is 15% of the number of Offered shares). In value terms: more than 1.3 billion lei.
The offer includes an offer to sell Fondul Proprietatea up to 78,007,110 shares, i.e. 17.34%.
