According to the circular of the Ministry of the Interior, applications are submitted to the municipality through its website, by e-mail or through a special application of the competent municipality. The new procedure for installments 36-72 comes into force with the payment of the first installment within three working days from the date of notification of the debtor about the relevant decision, and installments 100 are renewed with the payment of two installments until July 31, 2023.

Arrangements for partial payment of debts to municipalities up to 100 monthly payments lost before February 1, 2023 can be restored after applying for reunification with them. To do this, it is necessary to pay the current installment of the revival agreement, as well as an additional installment that amortizes old obligations in order of seniority.
