This summer season, which started earlier than any other year, saw direct flights from Athens to Bristol, Birmingham, Riga and Lille, direct flights from Thessaloniki to Barcelona and Cologne, as well as direct flights from Chania, Ioannina, Mykonos. In 2023, Aegean will offer a total of 18 million seats, of which 11 million will be international, up 2 million more than in 2022 and 800,000 more than in 2019. The company will operate to 165 destinations in 46 countries with 272 direct flights. routes from a total of ten bases in Greece and abroad, with a fleet of 76 aircraft, including the brand new Airbus A320 and A321 neo.
