
ALFA BANK S.A. which is based in Athens, at 40 Stadiou Street (PO 105 64) (hereinafter “Bank“) reports that 25V May 2023 have completed, in accordance with article 10 of Law 3156/2003, the securitization procedures for their claims on consumer, commercial and residential loans and/or loans (hereinafter “Requirements”), the following:
A) Part of the Claims (Part A) is assigned to Saturn Financial Investor DAC entity based in Ireland (First Floor Cape House, Westend Office Park, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15, Ireland) and Pluto Financial Investor DAC entity based in Ireland (First Floor Cape House, Westend Office Park, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15, Ireland), each of which is a special purpose company of section 10 paragraph 2 of Law 3156/2003 (hereinafter “Special Purpose Companies A “), And
B) the remainder of the Claims (Section B) is assigned to Hermes Acquisitions B Designated Activity Company, an entity based in Ireland (5th floor, The Exchange George’s Dock, IFSC, Dublin 1, D01 W3P9) which is the special purpose vehicle identified in paragraph 2 article 10 of Law 3156/2003 (hereinafter “Special Forces Company B“and together with special forces companies” A “Special Purpose Companies“).
A company called “Cepal Hellas Financial Services Sole Proprietor Loan Claims Management Enterprise” (hereinafter “Management Company”) will continue to administer the Claims, now at the direction and on behalf of each Special Purpose Vehicle, as already communicated with the relevant separate updates sent to Claim borrowers and guarantors.
Based on the foregoing, the Bank informs individuals associated with Claims in any capacity (indicative borrowers, guarantors, third-party pledgers, their direct or universal successors, representatives or attorneys of the above, their lawyers or not, bailiffs, as well as persons, in relation to to whom the right to collect the transferred claim can be claimed (for example, third parties against whom the claim may be seized or against which the right of set-off may be exercised), that the aforementioned securitization results in the transfer of personal data of the above persons to the relevant Special Companies to which the Claims are transferred , In this regard, the Management Company will now process the above personal data for the purposes of managing Claims, in accordance with article 1 par. 21 of Law 4354/2015, at the direction of the respective special purpose companies.
The aforementioned securitization does not affect the position of the debtors or others associated with the Claims, nor the terms of repayment of the relevant debt, including the method of payment, which continues to be carried out through the Bank’s Branch network and digital networks.
