Property owners are hereby notified that NPDD HELLENIC REAL ESTATE (Organizer) is interested in renting property to host their regional services, in the areas of Kavala, Mytilene and Serres pursuant to article 12, paragraph b, of the Joint Ministerial Decision 7374 EX 2021 (B’ 1059/18-03-2021) “Approval of the provision for the conclusion of NPDD real estate lease agreements under the name “Greek Land Registry”.
The lease term will be 12 years.
The requirements for space and technical characteristics of the leased objects are specified in the Question on direct rental of residential premises for land cadastre authorities and branches, posted on the Agency’s website (https://www.ktimatologio.gr/el/node/20532).
The construction infrastructure of the leased object is created at the expense of the lessor.
Individuals and legal entities interested in offering a suitable property should send an email to [email protected], until Friday 19.05.2023 to which they will attach a description of the object and their contact details.
