This is a more economical solution, as Airbnb reports that more than 80% of private rooms cost less than 90 euros, with an average price of 60 euros.

Another major step, currently only available in the US and Canada market, will be the ability for guests to pay up to four interest-free payments for their stay over a six-week period. This opportunity will be provided in order to facilitate those who opt for a longer stay.

Additionally, for stays over $500/€450, guests will be able to request a monthly payment instead of a one-time payment.

At the same time, more than 50 new features and platform operation updates will be rolled out gradually over the next period. Among them will be a display of the total cost (along with any other fees), clear checkout (checkout) instructions, improved maps, an easier and cheaper monthly stay. In addition, property managers will get new pricing tools to achieve competitive rates, weekly and monthly discounts, and the ability to compare their listings with those in the same area.
