The silicified tooth is accompanied by an expert certificate issued by the Geological Institute of Romania and has a starting price of 400 euros. Such rarities are in large museums and are in demand among collectors and natural history lovers, and the appearance of a paleontological specimen at auction is the first for Romania.

The auction on Thursday, April 27 will also feature valuable items from prestigious collections such as the Theodore Aman Family Collection, the Moise Weinberg Collection, and the Arthur Veron Family Collection. From the collection of Theodore Aman’s family comes a set of four Art Deco picture frames decorated with silver-plated bronze inlays, starting at €200, as well as a Haas & Czjzek porcelain aperitif set consisting of a plate and six tables. serving plates decorated with blackberries.
