In reissue connection with a 4.25% coupon expiring June 15, 2033, the Public Debt Management Organization (ODDIX) continues today.

This step, aimed at improving the performance of the secondary market, was made shortly before the review of Greece’s rating by S&P on Friday.

This is the first bond auction held under the program of quarterly auctions announced a few days ago by the Public Debt Management Organization with the main goal of improving the functioning of the secondary market for government securities.

The purpose of the reissue is to satisfy investment demand and at the same time facilitate the functioning of the secondary bond market.

The amount to be auctioned will be up to 300 million euros and the settlement date is Wednesday 26 April 2023 (T+5).

Only Primary Dealers (ND) will participate in the auction by submitting exclusively through HDAT up to 5 competitive bids each, which must be submitted by 12:00 (local time) today, April 19, 2023, and which will be satisfied up to the amount displayed on auction of the amount, at the price of the last bid accepted at the auction (cut-off price).

Only competitive bids are accepted for auction.
