All the details that the public debtor needs to know in order to re-join the arrangements 72 or 120 doses detailed in two of his circulars AADE.
The same applies to the new 36 or 72 installment agreement, which is essentially intended to reward those who kept the 72 or 120 payment arrangements, but the energy crisis has created new debt.
These circulars detail the conditions for reinstatement or inclusion in agreements, who is excluded from them, and when an agreement is lost.
The deadline for all debtors, estimated at several hundred thousand, expires on July 31, 2023.
In particular, it is provided that those debtors who were included in the arrangements of 72 or 120 installments and lost them before February 1, 2023, can join again, while those who were consistent in paying their contributions, but nevertheless created new debts during the energy crisis they will be able to repay in 36 or 72 installments.
The new provision for those who qualify for 36 or 72 installments applies to those who, as of November 1, 2021, had no delinquent or non-performing debts, while still paying all parts of the 72 or 120 installments, if they had such arrangements.
