If you are 25-39 years old, you can now get your own home with a mortgage loan from Piraeus Bank, through Housing program “My home”.
The program provides a co-financing loan, 75% from D.YPA funds and 25% from Piraeus Bank funds. The maximum loan amount is 150,000 euros with a term of up to 30 years, with a low floating interest rate, as 75% of the loan is interest-free, so you pay much less interest compared to conventional mortgages. It is indicative that the interest rate on the loan is only 1.35% (Euribor 1M + spread 2.5% for 4) and especially for three children/multiple children the interest rate is subsidized by 100%.
In addition, by contacting any chain store Piraeus Bank, you receive a range of offers designed especially for you.
For your participation in the program, in addition to age restrictions, income criteria apply, and a check is made for the availability of a place of residence that can cover your housing needs. Under the My Home program, you can purchase your first residence up to a maximum area of 150 sqm, over 15 years old, for a value of up to 200,000 euros, as stated in the sales contract, and no more than a financing rate of 90%.
