What is the connection between a break-even wedding and financial education? What about us and the rectangular piece of plastic on which we receive our monthly salary?
And speaking of wages, how important is it to calculate the net of the total to be sure what and how many contributions are being paid? Using several “everyday” examples, World Bank education specialist Alina Sava explained to “Panorama” why financial education is important for each of us.
In Romania, financial problems are a critical point. According to the largest global study conducted in 2014 by Standard&Poor’s agency in 140 countries, we are lagging behind in the EU, as only 22% of the population is financially literate.
