
Significantly lower electricity tariffs for April were announced late on Monday by most electricity providers following a price de-escalation on the Greek energy exchange and on the international market.
In some cases, prices are already below the target of 15-16 cents per kilowatt-hour, which is the target price after government subsidies are expected to be announced in the coming days.
