
Coming soon after Easter to open an electronic platform for a new arrangement of 36-72 installmentswhere thousands of debtors will be able to consolidate their debts from November 2021 to February 1, 2023.
The same interval will begin and the procedure for reintegration in the arrangement of 120 contributions and a pandemic (36-72 contributions) of 200,000 debtors who lost them. As conceived by the Ministry of Finance, the bill and related provisions should be submitted to Parliament in the coming days and put to a vote before the end of this month.
Immediately after that, the tax administration and the Ministry of Finance will make appropriate decisions indicating the terms and conditions for inclusion in the regulation, as well as the consequences for those who lose them again.
However, those who stopped paying their contributions or created new debts to the tax authorities after February 1, 2023 will not be included in the agreement until 72 installments.
These debts can only be included in the permanent regulation of the Ministry of Finance, namely in parts from 24 to 48, depending on the case.
According to the plan, which will be presented to Parliament in the coming days:
Debts that have arisen since February 1 can be included in a fixed scheme of 24 to 48 payments.
1. Provided recovery of 120 and 72 dose settings which were lost or disabled by 02/01/2023. The renewal of these arrangements takes place until July 31, 2023 with the payment of 2 installments and with the renewal of all the benefits of the arrangements, such as, for example. issuance of bank accounts disposition of 120 installments.
Renewal of arrangements occurs by mandatory, within one month after the confirmation of the revival, the inclusion of unmanaged debts in a fixed arrangement of 24 or 48 payments. This scheme also extends to those who previously joined 24-48 dues and missed regulation.
2. For those who November 1, 2021 they had neither overdue nor unsettled debts, while at the same time they paid all the installments of the 72 installments or 120 installments, if they had such arrangements.
The new regulation concerns debts overdue after November 1, 2021, the minimum monthly payment is 30 euros and comes with the benefits that the regulation of 120 payments also had, such as the release of bank accounts.
For debtors who have formed arrears in the period from November 1, 2021 to February 1, 2023 and have already included them in the established order of 24 or 48 payments, it is possible to attract them under the new regime of 72 contributions, while if as of November 1, 2021 there are repaid debts in a permanent order of 24 or 48 payments, which were subsequently lost, and at the same time new debts were confirmed, after November 1, 2021, these new debts can be included in the new order of 36 or 72 installments.
At the same time, however, within one month after the inclusion of new debts in 36 or 72 installments, debts of the lost order must again include them in the permanent composition of 24 or 48 installments.
