According to the quoted source, the house, represented by an apartment consisting of five rooms and outbuildings, according to the cadastral documentation, has a total area of 118 square meters and is located in Bucharest, at Calea Floreasca no. 91-97, on the 1st floor of the block with height mode P+4E, built in 1990. The starting price of the auction is 975,942 lei without VAT.
The Floreaska district is located in the central northern part of the capital, about 3 km from the city center. The area is residential and close to places of interest such as Floreasca Park, Jean Monet Gardens, Dynamo Stadium or the Floreasca Emergency Clinic.
The public auction will be organized on April 5, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. in Bucharest, Lucretsiu Patrascanu Street, No. 10, Body B, et. 2, sector 3.
