Flag analysis shows that the Marshall Islands received 57 ships, Liberia 66 ships, Cyprus 4 ships, and the Bahamas 3 ships. In addition, Panama acquired 21 more ships of Greek interests. On the other hand, a decrease in the number of ships flying the flags of Malta, Singapore and Hong Kong was recorded. The losses for the Greek flag are 71 ships with a deadweight of 6,393,092 tons.

With regard to the order book at the shipyards of Greek shipping companies, in terms of ship types, there are currently 43 oil tankers, 3 chemical and product tankers, 64 gas carriers, 27 ore and bulk carriers, 54 container ships and 3 cargo ships ordered for Greek owners .
