For each violation, a fine of 1,000 to 10,000 euros is imposed. For the prices of the products constituting the “basket” offered by each company, article 58 of the Law 4818/2021 on unfair speculation applies accordingly, where the gross profit margin per unit of product cannot exceed the corresponding gross profit margin. per unit of production until December 1, 2021. The items on the list may vary each time a new list is submitted by debtors to the Ministry of Development and Investment.
