The production studio in Thermi, with a total area of ​​11,184 sq.m, will have outdoor filming areas of 12,376 sq.m, production offices of 8,040 sq.m. and other auxiliary premises 4,000 sq.m. As follows from the overall strategic development plan (master plan), the workshop, which will be implemented on a private property with the old granaries of Kordoyannis, will be built in five separate blocks, and of the two external production areas (backlot), one will belong to a typical road U.S.A.

The second post-production area, with a total area of ​​3,511 sq.m., will have appropriately configured and equipped sound engineering, mixing, sound and image processing rooms and will be located on the private territory of Vasilika Thermis in Elliniko, which is within walking distance from Lamda Development sites. The Hellinikon studio will include a 285 sq.m. area where pure post-production will take place, six offices and other ancillary facilities.

Vasilika Thermis and Nu Boyana Hellenic are owned by businessman Yannis Kalafatis and his partner Yariv Lerner, who control Millennium Media, one of Hollywood’s largest independent film companies.
