– The payment of amounts has been extended until 06/30/2023.

At the same time, the tax administration is expected to post returns today for those companies that submitted supporting documents within the legal deadline (ie the second extension of December). For these enterprises, the time for payment of the first installment will be February 28.

In the meantime, tax administration services are also reviewing thousands of business applications that, although hit by the health crisis, have been left without refundable advances despite having applied for all seven aid cycles. In this regard, the General Directorate of Financial Services is invited to consider the number of applications until February 28, 2023. Upon completion of the reviews and if there are cases that have been unfairly excluded from the program, an order will be given to enroll the appropriate amounts. Repayment will be made in 96 interest-free installments from June 2023.
