Online portal for filing E9 returns for the year is now available 2024for those who have experienced changes in their financial situation.

Through this online service, individuals can file:

• Real estate data declaration (E9) permanent update

• Initial and changing E9 returns for 2010 and beyond

Also possible:

• Printing an individual VAT report. for 2010-2013 and the Administrative/Corrective Tax Assessment Act for 2014 and subsequent years, if issued.

• Issuance of an EN.FIA certificate (art. 54A of Law 4174/2013) in the current year.

At the same time, all those who had changes in assets in 2022 must declare them before March 31, 2023, since a new ENFIA account will be calculated based on these data, the reporting of which is expected to be posted at the end of April or beginning of May.

AADE has begun issuing detailed instructions for taxpayers outlining the steps they must follow.

The whole process in detail:

A. If you wish to file a real estate data declaration (E9), you should, after carefully reading the instructions for using the application, as well as frequently asked questions – answers that concern you, follow these steps:

1. Select the year in which you want to send E9 and from the available actions on the main page, select create an E9 return in order to make the necessary changes to your assets.

2. You can insert/modify/delete the properties of tables 1 (buildings and lots) and 2 (fields).

3. If you are importing a property, complete all required fields regarding property descriptive information (square meters, property type, co-ownership percentage, etc.) and property geolocation by selecting a prefecture. , council apartment and streets of an apartment building or by choosing to open the map Objective determination of the value of the property.

4. If you change a property, change only those descriptors that need to be changed.

5. Beginning in 2013, it is mandatory to include the electrical number of buildings in which you have full ownership or right of use when filing your final E9 return.

6. From 2014 onwards, depending on the reason for importing/altering/deleting your chosen property, you must complete the mandatory fields required and related to the details of the contract (number and date of the contract, notary identification number), proof of probate, if any available (number and date of publication, date of death), etc.

7. During the final submission of an E9 application, changes to specific properties may be requested due to deficiencies in their data.

8. Any of your actions are temporarily saved.

9. When you’ve finished making changes to your asset’s status, check how it’s been set up with the Asset Status Preview.

10. Select the final presentation of the E9 statement and, if desired, the transfer of the statement to the next year.

11. From the available actions, you can print the submitted E9 declarations, your property status and VAT receipts. /acts of administrative definition EN.FIA

B. If you wish to issue an EN.FIA certificate (art. 54A par. 4174/2013), the following steps must be followed:

• Select the current year.

• Select the Certificates tab and under Available Actions, issue a new certificate for use in the current year.

• Select usage and enter the eleven digit ATAK code. property right for which you want to issue a certificate.

• For each A.T.AK. a separate certificate is issued.

• From the available actions, click the right to issue a certificate.

• You can print a preview of the certificate to check the details of the certificate before issuing it.

• Select a certificate issue and print it.

C. If you wish to issue a declaration of liability pursuant to Article 8 of Law 1599/1986 instead of a certificate, you must follow the steps below:

• Select the current year.

• Select the Declarations of Liability tab and from the available actions submit a declaration of liability in accordance with Law 1599/1986.

• Complete the information requested on the responsible declaration (description of ownership, etc.)

• Select one of the available actions Submit a liability statement and then print.
