How ChatGPT simplifies the work of brokers

If anyone in Iowa United States of America was interested in a big house, and while searching the Internet for information about a four-bedroom, three-bathroom house in a quiet alley in Cedar Rapids, he probably without a second thought entered his email with an offer.

In fact, the description noted that it was “perfect for entertaining moments” with “lots of room to relax.”

What the potential buyer would not know is that the detailed description of the property was the work of an impersonal intellectual system.

Home realtor J. Johannes completed the text in less than five seconds by simply typing a few keywords into ChatGPT, an artificial intelligence chatbot that can write in-depth texts on request about complex issues at the behest of user commands.

This job, according to Johannes, would take him an hour or more to complete on his own.

It is understandable that more and more people are concerned about the possibility of fraud. And sometimes gives inaccurate answers. In less than three months, ChatGPT is engaging media, companies and social media platforms. Microsoft has announced that it will invest billions in the OpenAI company that developed this system.

As CNN reports, “the impact is already being felt in the way some US brokers operate,” as much of their labor-intensive work is based on simple, standardized rules. Now some professionals can no longer imagine their work without ChatGPT.

ChatGPT knows how to push a performer

“I have been using it for over a month now. I can’t remember the last time I was so impressed by something,” said Andre Azion of Miami Real Estate Group. “As soon as I tried it, I was convinced.”
