Completion of payment of basic and additional fees pensions February, the advance payment of pensions for the same month and the payment of benefits of the Organization for Social Benefits and Social Solidarity (OPECA) for January, includes, among other things, payment planning for the week from January 30 to February 3, 2023.

In total, it is expected that 1.05 billion euros will be paid to more than 2.3 million beneficiaries.

In particular, as stated in the message of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs:

1. By electronic EFKA Next week, as part of the organization’s regular payments, the following payments will be made:

  • On Monday, January 30, 786.5 million euros will be paid to 1,526,551 state pensioners, IKA-ETAM, banks and OTEs whose AMKA expires on the 0, 2, 4, 6 and 8.
  • On Tuesday 31 January, 6.7 million euros will be paid out to 16,400 recipients of the February pension advances in accordance with Law no. 4778/2021.
  • Between January 29 and February 3, 2023, 900 beneficiaries will be paid 21 million euros after the lump sum decision is made.
  • Finally, 481 TAVTECO beneficiaries will receive 367,200 euros.

2. From DYPA (former OAED) the following payments will be made:

  • €21 million for 42,000 beneficiaries for unemployment and other benefits.
  • €10 million for 4,000 beneficiaries through subsidized employment programs.
  • €6.5 million for 6,000 mothers for subsidized maternity leave.

3. From GUARDIANSHIP The next payment of social benefits will be made on Tuesday, January 31. In particular, the following will be paid:

  • €80 million for 180,853 recipients of disability benefits (disability and maintenance).
  • €46.3 million for 218,136 minimum guaranteed income recipients.
  • €32.6 million for 270,148 housing allowance recipients.
  • €15.4 million for 20,840 recipients of family child benefits.
  • €12.7 million for 35,340 recipients of uninsured elderly benefits.
  • 11.7 million euros to 11,634 recipients of the childbirth allowance.
  • 241,575 euros for 767 recipients of housing assistance.
  • €209,399 for 5,935 beneficiaries of the expatriate allowance.
  • 156,138 euros 2,016 to beneficiaries for the state’s contribution to loans in the context of protecting the main place of residence.
  • 130,865 euros to 614 beneficiaries for the state’s contribution to GEFYRA loans in connection with COVID-19.
  • €82,353 to 104 beneficiaries for the funeral of the uninsured.
