The service is currently available for some postcodes of Agia Paraskevi, Agia Sophia Piraeus, Drapetsona, Maroussi, Metaxourgio, Nea Smyrni, Paleo Heraklion and Chalandri. Depending on the results of the pilot application, a decision will be made on whether, when and where this new service will be rolled out further. Orders are delivered in cooperation with the courier company Carmates, and the customer is charged a flat fee of 3 euros per order, regardless of the order amount and mileage.
Through Speedy, consumers have access to all supermarket products.
It is worth noting that My Market already has a partnership with the Wolt and InstaShop platforms, however, the partnership concerns the ordering of a limited number of codes. On the contrary, through the Speedy service, consumers have access to the entire code book of the online store of the network (15,000 products) and there are no restrictions on the choice of products.
In other words, all weighed products are delivered (fresh fruits, vegetables, cold cuts, chicken, cheeses, sausages). There are also no restrictions on the types of offers. The buyer selects all available offers of physical stores (discounts such as 1+1 gift, 2+1 gift). There are still no restrictions on Internet-only products such as large packs of baby diapers. Customers have the option to make special notes if they prefer to shop (for example, if they want ripe tomatoes or thinly sliced turkey). Customers who choose the Speedy service can order up to 25 codes with no limit on the number of codes.
In addition, direct routing information is provided with Live Order Tracking. The client monitors in real time at what stage and where his order is from the moment the distributor leaves the store.
