In particular, according to the amendment:
a) The Coordinating Committee of the Consultation will issue a written invitation to specialized research bodies to prepare a report on the assessment of the current statutory minimum wage will be carried out before January 20, 2023.
b) Compilation and submission of the report must be carried out no later than February 3, 2023.
c) The transfer of the memorandum and documentation of each person consulted by the Consultation Steering Committee to other representatives of the social partners, with an invitation to an oral consultation, will take place no later than February 10, 2023.
d) The submission of all memorandums and documentation of the consulted parties, as well as the report of the specialized scientific and research bodies to the Center for Planning and Economic Research (KEPE) for the preparation of a draft Consultation Conclusion, will take place no later than February 20, 2023.
e) The draft opinion on consultations will be finalized no later than 28 February 2023.
f) Finally, no later than March 10, 2023, a proposal by the Minister of Labor and Social Affairs will be submitted to the Council of Ministers on the determination of the minimum wage for employees and the minimum daily wage for artisans.
