ANAF has a specialized structure through which professional training programs have been prepared with inspectors, including through training, to change their mentality.

“Within ANAF, we held professional training programs, discussions, and debates with inspectors. Since last year, and this is unique for public institutions, we have trained trainers-coaches,” said Daniela Teodoru, Director General of the General Directorate for the Coordination of Fiscal Control – ANAF, during the Deloitte conference.

So she says “We have also prepared training programs with our inspectors to motivate them and improve their mentality. Our goal is to improve the thinking of the entire institution.”

For her part, Sia Giru (director of the General Directorate for the Coordination of Fiscal Control – ANAF) noted that she is doing this through a structure specialized in change management.
