
ANAF has prepared an informative material on the methods of making payments to the Agency.
The brochure “How and where we can pay our tax obligations” lists and explains the ways in which taxpayers can pay taxes, fees, contributions and other amounts owed to the general consolidated budget to ANAF, respectively:
• by bank card or cash, at the cash desks of the State Treasury;
• by bank card through the Virtual Private Space and Ghișeul.ro platforms;
• bank transfer;
• electronic multiple payment order;
• by postal order, through post offices.

The booklet also contains additional explanations about the “payment record number”: by whom and how it is used, as well as in which documents it is located and how it can be claimed.
