In total, arrears to the tax office reached 113 billion euros, of which 39 billion euros accounted for individuals, and the remaining 73.97 billion euros – for enterprises. The tax administration reports that the actual amount to be collected is 86.28 billion euros, i.е. 26.2 billion euros are uncollectible. Especially:

• Between January and September, new arrears amounted to 6.28 billion euros. Of these, 5.78 billion euros are unpaid taxes from individuals and legal entities. It is noted that only one individual owes about 800 million euros.

• Of the total arrears, an amount of €5.3 billion, ie an interest of 4.8%, was included in some kind of regulation scheme. Of the regulated balance, 53.5% are individuals and the remaining 46.5% are legal entities.

• Taxpayers with debts to the tax inspectorate amount to 4,240,749 people. In fact, enforcement measures have been taken against 1,378,297 people.

The total amount of overdue debt to the tax authorities for January-September amounted to 6.28 billion dollars.

From the overdue balance:

• 46.5% relate to non-tax revenues (CBS fines, loans, etc.). In particular, debts for fines amount to 34.1 billion euros, of which 14 billion euros are considered bad.

• 28.1% relates to indirect taxes (VAT, penalties on indirect taxes, etc.).

• 22.7% are direct taxes (profit taxes, property taxes, etc.).

• 2.7% relate to other non-tax income.
