A team of transactional consultants from PwC Romania provided financial and accounting consulting services to the Romanian software company Fortech, founded by Romanian entrepreneur Celin Vaduva, during its sale to the American company GlobalLogic, a member of the Japanese Hitachi Group.

The deal is subject to regulatory approval and is expected to close by the end of this year.
