In the third quarter, which is seasonally the strongest of any financial year, turnover increased 22.6% year-on-year to 217.2 million euros, while net income increased 42.6% to 42.1 million . euro.

Accordingly, the contribution to the operating result of the group, whose aggregate share in the classifications reached 15%, was significant. Autohellas also announced with Samelet that it has entered into an agreement to acquire the local subsidiary of the Stellantis Group in Greece (FCA Greece) to import and distribute Alfa Romeo, Abarth, Fiat, Fiat Professional and Jeep vehicles. The completion of this acquisition is subject to the approval of the Competition Commission.
It is noted that the listed company, approved by the extraordinary general meeting in mid-October, will begin returning capital of 1 euro per share to shareholders on December 9, paying a total of about 49 million euros.
