In any case, 150 million euros will be allocated from the allowance to citizens for heating by the end of the year and the same amount for a subsidy for oil,” the minister said.

Until December 10, advances will be transferred to the old beneficiaries.

Two more payments will follow:

– Until February 28, 2023 for all purchases placed before January 31, 2023 and provided that the required information is entered before February 15, 2023.

– By April 30, 2023 for all purchases invoiced by March 31, 2023 and provided that the required information is entered by April 15, 2023.

The allowance will range from 100 to 800 euros for those who already use heating oil. For those who give up electricity or natural gas to switch to fuel oil, the amount will double and range from 200 to 1600 euros.

The cap on the fair value of real estate for unmarried beneficiaries has also been increased from €180,000 to €200,000 to accommodate the increase in the fair value of real estate. The total number of families receiving the allowance will increase from 827,576 to approximately 1,300,000.
