In accordance with the provisions of Art. 250 paragraphs (2) from Law No. 207/2015 on the Tax Procedure Code, as amended and supplemented, we inform you that on OCTOBER 27, 1:00 p.m., 2022, in the city of Bucharest, Lucretsiu Petraşcanu Street no. 10, body B, note 202, sector 3, the following real estate complex consisting of 6 plots of land, located in Bucharest, for sale by auction, first auction, auction starting price 3,296,136 lei (without VAT*):

– 1/2 share of inner-city land – access road, area 596 sq.m., lot. 11, CF No. 221886, encumbered with the following real rights and privileges:

– quota 1/1 of intra-village land – category of use of yards-buildings, on an area of ​​884 sq.m according to documents (882 sq.m according to measurements), lot. 6, CF No. 221877;

– quota 1/1 of inner-city land – use category yard-building, on an area of ​​883 sq.m according to documents (885 sq.m according to measurements), lot. 7, CF No. 221879;

– quota 1/1 of intra-village land – yard-building use category, on an area of ​​882 square meters according to documents (883 square meters according to measurements), lot. 8, CF No. 221880;

– quota 1/1 of intra-village land – category of use of courtyards-buildings, on an area of ​​882 sq.m. from documents, lot. 9, CF No. 221882;

We invite those who claim any rights to these goods to notify the executive authorities before the set date of sale. Those who wish to purchase the goods are requested to appear at the time of the sale at the place designated for this purpose and submit offers for the purchase by this time.

In order to participate in the auction, bidders must apply at least one day before the auction date to the AJFP Ilfov registry at Lucretsiu Petrashkanu street no. 10, building B, sector 3, Bucharest, the following documents:

a) purchase offer;

b) confirmation of payment of the fee for participation or establishment of a guarantee in the form of a letter of guarantee, which is 10% of the initial auction price.
