The three-month grace period gives companies the opportunity to determine the best solutions for simpler, faster and less error-prone reporting. Given that non-compliance entails fines of up to 100,000 lei for legal entities and even confiscation of the value of undeclared assets, compliance with the new legal requirement requires strict measures. It should be noted that the RO electronic transport system will be interconnected with various monitoring systems: cameras, devices or devices for determining the quantity of transported products, as well as any other special traffic monitoring devices. Thus, with these digitization measures, the National Agency for Fiscal Administration (NAFA) wants to increase the collection of taxes and fees to the state budget, as well as prevent and fight illegal trade in goods.
