
The Ministry of Finance will conduct an analysis of the consequences of excessive taxation of part-time workers, according to a document sent by the institution to the PNL MP (Ovidiu-Sergiu Bîlcea), who made the request.
“We clarify that the legal provision regarding the obligation to pay social insurance contributions and social health insurance contributions at the level of the minimum gross salary guaranteed upon payment, in the case of full-time or part-time individual employment contracts, will be analyzed by the Ministry of Finance and the consequences of this application will be assessed,” the institution’s document says.
