
ROMCAB, a company undergoing judicial reorganization, has announced that the bankruptcy petition filed by the National Tax Administration Agency (ANAF) has been registered in the specialized court of Mureş.
“We clarify that the petition has not yet been scheduled for consideration and has not been delivered to us,” the source said.
In the first half of this year, the company reported a loss of 86.2 million lei, after last year (in the first half) it had a profit of 13.3 million lei.
The total debt of the company by the middle of the year was 1.47 billion lei. The total value of revenues amounted to 1.125 billion lei.
The company is over 73% owned by Sadalbari SRL and the rest by other BSE-listed shareholders.
Romcab is a company that manufactures cables, electrical conductors, power cords and wiring, located in Tirgu Mures, County of Mures.
