Labor market experts are not particularly worried about this, since we even had the phenomenon of the prevalence of layoffs both in 2019 and in 2018 for one month, although we are talking about the summer of 2019, when the suspicions of the invasion of the coronavirus pandemic and the tourist movement beat one record after another. Thus, the balance of employment flows for 7 months of January-July 2022 was positive by 270,191 jobs. In terms of qualitative data obtained through the Ergani system, flexible forms of work in hiring prevailed in July, as only 47.84% of new contracts were full-time. In addition, layoffs appeared to have affected women more, as the hiring and firing balance by sex shows that while it was positive for men, resulting in 13,870 new jobs, it was negative for women: layoffs exceeded hiring. for 10,871 seats. .

Finally, by age, recruitment mainly concerned young people under 25 years old, and in specialties, as expected, there was a recruitment in the field of food and accommodation (total +32,770 new jobs) and layoffs in the field of education (-27,397), public administration and social assistance (-11,541).
