With this kit, the XM has a more aggressive look, but comes close to the tuning that disrupts the already very impressive XM.

XM in Manhart style

Manhart trained us to modify BMWs, but mostly at the engine level. To most connoisseurs, the German prepper is known as a revised M2 or M3 or some other beast made extremely powerful, especially by its ancestors. If their models were often restyling, the Manhart liveries were quite restrained. Painted black with a gold border. Which made the BMWs a bit fiercer, but all the fierceness was mostly under the hood. For XM, Manhart decided otherwise. With the “Tor” body kit, the German tuner deals only with the aesthetics of the car. The front, sides and rear of the car get one or more modifications to make the XM different. So the kit offers to add exposed carbon to the car, many of which are made from forged carbon. The engine cover has been modified with an air outlet designed for V8 breathing, the shields have been redesigned, as has the rear diffuser. The side sills have been changed and run along the entire length of the car. The centerpiece of this Thor kit remains the spoiler above the rear window.. Thanks to the new elements of the body, the SUV does not go unnoticed, proudly demonstrating its assertive individuality on the road. Three finishes are available: plain carbon, twill weave, and forged carbon.

Gold and carbon

Along with carbon, Manhart dares to go for yellow, or rather gold. Thanks to this color, there is a desire to contrast with the black paint of the livery and raw carbon elements. While these color additions may be subtle, Manhart offers even more. In fact, stickers of the same color can be added through the stripes on the hood or on the side parts. The rims are also accompanied by yellow edging and a decal that is still yellow reflects the top of the windshield.. Manhart tries to put together a set practically. Carbon components can be easily installed thanks to adhesive tapes and special fasteners that are installed in the exact and original BMW locations. Contrary to tradition, Manhart does not yet offer any modifications to the XM engine. Not inside, for that matter. Therefore, this kit should be installed on the 653 hp version of the M Hybrid. or on the Red Label version with a capacity of 748 hp. however, engine modification is still considered by the German tuner to optimize the transmission, but only as an option. The price has not been announced at the moment. With the “Thor” body kit, Manhart offers BMW XM owners the opportunity to transform their SUV into a unique and impressive machine, ready to conquer the roads with style and character. After all, tastes and colors do not argue!
