
Brabus Rocket 1000: 1000 horsepower and 1820 Nm of torque
There Mercedes-AMG GT 63 SE Performance, based on the 4-door AMG GT Coupé, already shows impressive technical data on paper: it is able to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 2.9 seconds thanks to its hybrid engine with 843 horsepower and 1,470 Nm of torque (peak). To go further, the German manufacturer now presents Brabus Rocket 1000 : in-depth preparation of the Mercedes-AMG GT 63 SE Performance, which thus becomes the most powerful car ever offered by Brabus!
The electronic management of the 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 and its hybrid powertrain has been revised to deliver no less than 1000 horsepower and 1820 Nm of torque, or 157 horsepower and 350 Nm more than the original configuration. Power is sent to all four wheels via a 9-speed AMG Speedshift MCT transmission.
Even if these numbers are impressive, the performance gains are quite symbolic, as the 0 to 100 km/h speed is absorbed 2.6 seconds (ie +0.3 seconds better!) for an unchanged top speed of 316 km/h.
Brabus Mercedes-AMG GT 63 S: a fully customizable look
Aesthetically, this Brabus Rocket 1000 is distinguished, like other models of the German tuner, by the fact that carbon body kit : we find the ultralight material on the front blade, the air intakes of the front shield, the grille or even the spoiler and exhaust at the back.
Is also forged discs black Brabus Monoblock P, 21″ front and 22″ rear, in a sporty design with 5 spokes, and Exhaust system special is equipped with active valves that can be activated with several modes of movement.
Inside we find a leather upholstery signed Brabus, which features quilted black leather with multiple micro-perforations and black Dinamica microfiber. Several elements of the front and rear seats, as well as the sun visors, feature the Brabus Heritage motif with an embossed “77” logo in honor of the tuner’s founding year: 1977. Gloss carbon elements as well as aluminum add to this sporty vibe, and to go even further, the Brabus The Rocket 1000 can also be personalized down to the smallest detail according to customers’ tastes and preferences.
In terms of pricing, expect this Mercedes-AMG GT Coupé 63 SE Performance-based Brabus Rocket 1000 to be priced from 538,192.80 euros.
