Rising prices
Although the practice was marginal a few years ago, car sharing is now becoming more and more popular. Of course, not yet as much as the government would like, but still, motorists like this method of transportation more and more. It must be said that the latter has many advantages, such as reducing consumption, traffic jams and pollution. Not to mention that this solution is often very economical, especially for passengers. Well, except this weekend. Indeed, prices will rise sharply, and the reason is simple. And it is not for nothing that due to the strike of SNCF dispatchers, approximately every second TGV will run in France from Friday to Sunday. The move comes right in the middle of the February holidays in the Paris region, which obviously has consequences completely paralyzes public transport in a period of traditionally high tension at this level.
Thanks to the Games, we will transform our city in depth, like a ring road that will become a green belt:

Pay attention to the prices
According to the president in Blablacar, in an interview with France-Info journalists this Thursday, we have seen a doubling of demand for car sharing and buses. Its competitor Flixbus saw a 20% increase in site connections. It’s no wonder that travel prices are rising due to high demand. On Blablacar, for example, all trips between Paris and Marseille are full since Friday, and the few remaining trips cost a fortune: €209 for a Paris-Marseille trip at 11:45 a.m. on Blabla Bus. You will have to count on the car around €55 for the same outfitt, but with a very late departure, this Friday at 11:55 p.m. Suffice it to say, it can be difficult for many. But it’s even worse with a trip from Paris to Rennes, which this weekend will cost at least 109 euros instead of the usual 19 euros. This will undoubtedly scare off many motorists during this period, which is nevertheless favorable for any kind of travel. Which should also harm tourism specialists.
