Renault: growth in strategic segments

In more detail, in 2023, Renault regained the first place in terms of sales private vehicles in France, p 277,914 registrations (+18% compared to 2022), i.e. a market share of 15.7%.

There Renault Clio is the best-selling model in Francewith 97,471 units but Captur and Arkana (respectively 47,569 and 29,607 copies) are also popular with buyers. new Renault Australia 29,894 registrations were recorded.

About electrified vehicles (electric and hybrid), in the passenger car market Renault has a market share of 17.1%, with 123,543 models registered: the indicator increased by +18.9% for 2023. Engines E-Tech (a brand that brings together electrified vehicles) make up a total of 44.5% of Renault passenger car sales. Hybrid models represent 89,530 units registered in 2023, a dramatic increase of 50.8%.

Utility vehicles are a success

On the side light trucksRenault occupies a leading position, p 112,570 registrations in 2023, the indicator in this market increased by 13.1%, or a market share of 29.7% (+1.1 points).
