
The Japanese manufacturer is present this year at The SEMA showwhich will take place from October 31 to November 3, 2023 at the Las Vegas Convention Center, where several models are presented, including the concept Nissan Safari Rally Z Tributecopy Datsun 240Z Safarior even models from the current sports range, which includes Nissan Z Nismoor even Nissan GT-R Nismo.
Nissan is also showing off a range of performance and off-road oriented Nismo accessories. In addition, the stand of the Japanese firm is complemented by three new models.
SEMA Show 2023: Nissan Project Rugged Rogue
The Nissan X-Trail SUV, which is called the Rogue in North America, is presented in a special version: the The Rugged Rogue Project. It features an adventurous, outdoor-focused livery with custom Nismo Off Road suspension that lifts the car 76mm, 18-inch prototype Nismo Off Road wheels shod with Yokohama Geolandar M/T all-terrain tires. G003, Nismo Off Road Dual Central Exhaust System, Fender Flares and Carbon Fiber Rear Spoiler, Nismo Off Road Trunk Prototype with Additional Round LED Headlights, Front Arch with Two Additional Lights or even Roof Racks for Kayaks and Mountain Bikes.
Nissan Sentra DET Concept: sports sedan from Nismo
Compact sedan Nissan Sentra gets a sporty livery inspired by Sentra Cup competition in Canada, with Concept of DET (Double overhead camshaft, electronic injection, turbo). Under the hood, we find a high-performance 2.0-liter MR20DD turbocharged engine mated to a 6-speed manual transmission, as well as a stainless steel Nismo B18 prototype exhaust that produces the sound of the mechanics.
Ground contact has been optimized using a prototype Nismo suspension with twin-tube shock absorbers and custom springs tuned with the help of GT4 driver Brian Heitkotter. The Nissan Sentra DET concept also features 18-inch Nismo LM-RS6 wheels wrapped in high-performance Yokohama Advan Neova AD09 tires, not to mention Recaro Sportster CS bucket seats, and a Nismo GT shift knob.
Forsberg Frontier Off-Road Race Truck: extreme pickup truck
Nissan also collaborated with Forsberg Racing and multiple Formula Drift champion Chris Forsberg to create the pickup. Frontier off-road racing truckequipped with Nismo Off Road parts, for the Norra 500 off-road race. Chris Forsberg and his partner Letizia Bufoni took part in this year’s race and won first place in the production car category.
