Between restyling and new generations models, Volkswagen next year do not sit idle.

Here are the upcoming new features coming in 2024!

Volkswagen Tiguan

Big news next year Volkswagen Tiguan. A strategic model for the Wolfburg firm, the SUV has been significantly redesigned and is scheduled for spring. Thanks to the evolution of the MQB platform, the MQB Evo, its dimensions are almost unchanged (+3 cm to 4.54 meters in length). The design has also changed, with changes to the lights and a body that has a smoother shape (Cd changes from 0.33 to 0.28). The trunk also gains 37 liters and increases to 652 cm3.

The interior has changed a bit, in particular thanks to the introduction of the latest MIB4 software, which was first introduced on the Volkswagen ID.7. The infotainment screen in the center of the dashboard measures between 13 and 15 inches, again depending on the trim. Menu and graphics are new. Behind the steering wheel is a new 10.25-inch digital instrument panel.

In terms of engines, the range offers ‘simple’ or electrified petrol and diesel engines with solutions PHEV AND soft hybridswithout manual gearboxes, completely replaced by six- and seven-speed DSG.

Volkswagen T-Cross

THE Volkswagen T-Cross has just undergone restyling this summer and will appear on our roads at the very beginning of 2024. The smallest SUV in the lineup is getting a restyling with changes that mainly focus on the exterior. The model increases by 2.7 cm and reaches 4.14 meters in length. Up front, a new grille and a new shield adorn the nose. In addition, the color table has been expanded with the help of “Grape Yellow”, “Transparent Blue Metallic” and “Royal Red Metallic” shades.

There are new foam materials inside. On the digital side, we find an 8-inch central screen for the base and Life versions and a 10-inch one for the Style and R-Line versions, as well as updated infotainment software. The climate control touchscreen is now backlit.

As for engines, the T-Cross is offered in three gasoline versions. The first two are equipped with 1.0 L TSI 95 and 116 hpwhile the top model received a 1.5-liter four-cylinder TSI 150 hp equipped with an active cylinder management system.

Volkswagen ID.7

Electric sedan introduced this year Volkswagen ID.7future replacement trade wind current, will appear on our roads by 2024. It accepts stylistic codes from other IDs. : the curved shape, slightly rounded lines and light strip are characteristic of the electric models in the range. With its length of 4.96 meters, the sedan is impressive, but still based on the MEB platform.

From the technical side of ID. 7 will be offered with one 285 hp engine. and two battery levels: 77 and 86 kWh (Pro and Pro+ version). Depending on the WLTP cycle, the range will be from 621 to 700 km. The 200kW max charge should also allow super fast charging with the right outlet! There’s no news on pricing, even if the Pro model is launching 56,995 euros across the Rhine for a moment.

Volkswagen Golf 8 restyling

After three years of marketing, Volkswagen Golf 8 will undergo a restyling box next year. The latest generation will receive the right to a slight tightening of the front and rear lights before switching to an all-electric compact sedan. In the interior, the central screen should be enlarged, and the program will include the return of physical buttons on the steering wheel.

As for the engine, the model range will expand, with a block 1.4 eHybrid which will increase from 245 to 260 hp, while the 1.5 TSI will increase to 215 hp.
