
This year, the firm from Stuttgart offered a small aesthetic and technological update Mercedes-AMG GT Coupe 4-door. Following the six-cylinder versions of the AMG GT 43 and AMG GT 53, the hybrid version of the 63 SE Performance now also uses this subtle restyling.
Mercedes has just opened its order book in France for this new hybrid version, prices are starting from 218,350 euros. The first deliveries to customers are planned for the end of 2023.
Mercedes-AMG GT 4-door coupe: discreet update
Modifications are quite restrained, with a new front design which has a large, wider air intake located below the AMG grille. Vertical air ducts are built into the outer part of the front apron. AND new body color completes the catalog of options: White Opalite Brillant Manufaktur.
Aboard, Multimedia system MBUX (Mercedes-Benz User Experience) now features updated AMG screens, new customizable features, and a Dolby Atmos sound system. As standard, we find the AMG Ride Control+ air suspension with adaptive damping, the AMG high-performance ceramic-composite brake system, rear-wheel steering and Multibeam LED high-beam headlights.
Under the hood, the Mercedes-AMG GT Coupé 63 SE Performance combines: 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine on the front axle with a electric motor on the rear axle. All this is combined with the AMG Speedshift MCT 9-speed gearbox and AMG Performance 4Matic+ fully variable all-wheel drive and develops power 843 horsepower at 1400 Nm of torque.
