The government recently announced a series of measures to reform road safety. If it wants to be a little more lenient with distracted drivers by removing the deductibility of points for going slightly over 5km/h, it also wants to get tougher. So speeding over 50 km/h will now be considered an offence, and that’s from the first time. Enough to encourage drivers to slow down, while the Road Safety Authority has explained that after the incarceration, the number of speeding has increased. Hence the importance of better punish such risky behaviorfor drivers and other road users.

A big overshoot

But this, unfortunately, should not prevent the most ignorant motorists from continuing to press the mushroom. Because some seem to have lost their sense of danger, like the driver we will talk about in our article. At the age of 22, this young driver’s license holder decided to disobey the rules and it ended very badly for her. The case takes place this Tuesday, July 18, at highway A75 near Millau in Aveyron. The gendarmes then check the speed when a good customer comes to them, driving at 211 km/h.

Farewell license

For the record, it must not exceed 110 km/h while on probation. A little pink piece of paper that she didn’t hold on to for long after all, as the police decided to remove her on the spot. And the speed was chosen for a reason 90 km/h above the limit. Now the young woman will have to answer for her actions before the Rodez court until she has given an explanation for her extremely dangerous driving.
