First, let’s get to know our two heroes. Our models of the day are just that Lygia Miles in its processing EPIC and e-Aixam City Sport. Two compared models that are presented today most of the segment’s sales.
The first observation is ours two rights-free and emission-free microgrids clean up the past. If the overall size remains the same, then design AND equipment present on board have nothing to do with cars without rights ten years ago.
For equipment: advantage Ligier
As mentioned above, license-free cars are moving in the right direction in terms of equipment. The latter are modeled after a cabin worthy of cars from a wide range of manufacturers.
Ligier Myli does not take half measures on this issue. In this trim, the E.PIC Ligier comes standard rear view camerawith a Touch tablet 10 inches with a double USB connector or a heated windshield. It will also be possible to choose a as an option air conditioning for €1,499 (the only one without an electrical license to offer this on the market) or even a Connection to Apple Car Play and Android Auto (199 euros).
For its part, the Aixam offers relatively similar equipment as standard – minus the air conditioning – but a step below the Ligier Myli. As A smaller 6.2-inch touchscreen tablet or the more expensive additional Apple Car Play Android Auto connection, invoice 219 €.
Engines and autonomy
Output of well-known diesel engines of cars without rights. Our comparison of the day is about new electric motors de la Ligier and e-Aixam.
In this regard, the e-Aixam City Sport has an electric motor with maximum power 6 kW and 40 Nm of torque. Everything is connected with a Lithium battery with a capacity of 5.1 kWh which allows a maximum autonomy with 95 km (manufacturer’s data).
From my side, Ligier Myli E.PIC offers a slightly larger battery as standard 8.28 kWh. This allows you to browse maximum up to 123 km with one charge according to WMTC cycle. It is also possible, in versionchoose a Battery 12.42 kWh to hang up Range 192 km.
The Ligier engine, for its part, displays a power 5.6 kW for 10.4 Nm torque
Loading time
The essence of the war for the electric car, in addition to its autonomy, lies in this charging time.
At this level, the Ligier Myli requires approx 4 hours and 15 minutes for a full charge to a household outlet 220V. As for the e-Aixam City Sport, this is the last request 3:40 a.m for a full charge. But remember that the Ligier has a larger battery. Hence the longer charging time.
Prices
Finally, let’s look at prices our two cars without an electric license. Essentially, the e-Aixam City Sport needs an envelope 16,699 euros while the Ligier Myli E.PIC is being discussed for less, with a price from 16,199 euros.
A difference of 500 euros in favor of the Ligier… Not to mention environmental bonus €900 which our two protagonists of the day are entitled to.
As you can see, the Ligier Myli has a strong case in this new niche of cars without an electric license!
