As part of its approach to excellence, christened ‘Omotenashi’ in homage to the Japanese philosophy of the art of hospitality, Lexus wishes to put the driver at the center of its concerns, and has imagined thatElectrified program.
This is a programsupport for ecological drivingwhich takes place in the form of a session of personalized coaching. This activity is offered to every new buyer of an electrified Lexus model so that they can get the most out of their vehicle.
The Electrified program has the form a Session 1.5 hours with a dedicated instructor and invites Lexus customers to participate in several seminars. They take the form of theoretical modules in the classroom as wellpractical lessons behind the wheel of your own car.
Lexus: taking advantage of electrified power units
The goal of the Lexus Electrified Program sessions is to help Lexus customers get the most out of electrified powertrains, optimize driving while reducing fuel consumption and maximizing driving safety.
Developed in partnership with Actua Formation, a major player in driving education, Lexus training takes place at the brand’s dealership where the customer purchased their vehicle, or at a dedicated training center. An electrified program is offered free from April 1, 2023 for all individual Lexus customers.
This experience has already proven itself among the brand’s professional customers: Lexus and Actua Formation announce that, on average, for each vehicle, fuel consumption and CO2 emissions are reduced by up to 28%, and the number of accidents is reduced by up to 50%.
