As you know, electric cars are always very expensive. So much so that some, even many, will think twice before starting. Many motorists are still categorically against this motorization, which is not always adapted to needs. However, manufacturers are now ramping up their supply efforts less expensive vehicles to their customers. We think, for example, about Tesla, but not only. This also applies to French brands such as Citroën and more recently Peugeot. The firm wants to focus on its e-208.

An attractive offer
The Sochaux-based manufacturer has just issued a press release stating a new offer for your city car. This is then displayed on the only 150 euros per month in long-term lease. Obviously, a very attractive sum, while the cash price of the car in the zero-emission version starts at 34,800 euros. The price is obviously very high, but it has been revised down somewhat in recent months. But is this offer really that interesting? First of all, you need to take into account the first rent, which is a deposit of 3150 euros.
Not so profitable
This amount already takes into account all the help, namely the maximum bonus is 7,000 euros only available with income and conversion bonus. But that’s not all, because the contract states that you can’t drive more than 500 kilometers a month behind the wheel of an electric car. If you exceed this figure, you will have to pay 7 cents per additional kilometer. For this, the firm can remotely access your meter to know your data in real time and thus be able to bill you.
