While the eighth generation of the eternal 911 from Porsche has been on the market for the fifth year, a new version is about to see the light of day. It will be a traditional mid-career restyling, including some technological and aesthetic updates.
Rumors also report the release of the first hybrid version of the 911 with this restyling. But before that, the new version of 992 could see the world, with a timeless version of the Speedster. According to Car magazine, the new Porsche Speedster may appear at the next Los Angeles Auto Show in November 2023.
A more modern Porsche 911 Speedster?
Unsurprisingly, this new model should be very similar to the previous one, which was based on the 911 type 991.2. So the recipe would be similar, with a tarpaulin roof, a lowered windscreen and a twin-bump stern.
