This model will only be offered in the BMW M range, and will not be available in the brand’s regular range.

BMW XM: style that does not go unnoticed

BMW XM: powerful plug-in hybrid engines

Under the hood, we find a plug-in hybrid engine that combines a 4.4-liter V8 gasoline engine with a capacity of 489 horsepower and an electric motor with a capacity of 197 horsepower. The total capacity is 653 horsepower at 800 Nm of torque, and the kit is combined with an eight-speed automatic transmission. Acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h takes 4.3 seconds, and the top speed is 250 km/h. The lithium-ion battery has a useful capacity of 25.7 kWh and provides a range of 88 km on 100% electricity.

In the fall of 2023, the model range will be replenished with a version under the name LabelRedwhich will become the most powerful production model in the history of the brand: it will combine a 585-horsepower V8 with a 197-horsepower electric motor, the total power 748 horsepower and 1000 Nm of torque.

BMW XM: an incredible price

Three driving modes will be available: hybrid, electric and eControl, the latter of which allows you to charge the battery for later 100% electric trips, which is especially useful in the city. In Hybrid mode, you can choose the engine type: Comfort, Sport or Sport Plus.

The BMW XM is now available to order at an incredible price of €175,000. The first deliveries are expected in the spring of 2023, and production will begin at the end of the year in the USA, at the factory in Spartanburg, South Carolina.
