No. 5 seed Elisabetti of Romania needed just 67 minutes to defeat Colombia’s Arango (122 WTA), 6-0, 6-1.

Emiliana won her only game in the second set on her opponent’s serve, losing the first nine.

Cocciaretto (56 WTA) will play a match with British Harriet Dart (103 WTA) in the next round.
